They needed a recruitment film that felt real, engaging, and true to what life is like at Gram. Something that not only highlighted the job itself, but why someone would want to work there. Together, we set out to create a recruitment video that was rooted in storytelling and human connection — showcasing the unique benefits of the role, like career growth, travel opportunities, and being part of a developing industry.
We kicked things off with a collaborative planning session to get aligned on their goals and messaging. From there, I created a full outline and shot plan. One key decision was to capture one of their machines in action — which meant traveling to Sweden for real, on-site footage. That gave us the opportunity to bring in more energy and realness to the visuals, which made a big difference in the final feel of the piece.
The project was filmed over two days and included interviews, process shots, and B-roll. I handled the entire production from concept to delivery — including scripting, shooting, directing, and editing.
The final result was one main recruitment film, plus four recut versions tailored for different platforms and audiences. These gave Gram Equipment a complete content package to use across their website, paid social, and employer branding efforts — helping them attract talent with a message that felt both honest and aspirational.
